Hello and welcome! I’m Dean, the General Manager. I have been with Iglu since September 2015 and I am here to help provide support and opportunities for you to have a great experience in Brisbane.
I enjoy learning from other people, especially students! I love seeing people from different cultural background getting together with common interests and growing together.
Away from work, I like doing fun things, exercising and having a good laugh with my wife, Cathy, and two boys – Sam and Will. I look forward to helping you settle into our community.

Hiya, my name is Tyler. I am the Assistant General Manager. I joined Iglu at the beginning of 2023 as a Customer Service Coordinator moving from New Zealand, where I worked in property management.
If you cannot find me at Iglu, I am probably spending time with my family or going on roadies or camping. I love meeting new people, so please come down and have a chat.

Hi, I’m Bella! I’m excited to meet everyone and help create a safe and enjoyable experience at Iglu. I love hiking, reading, and exploring different hobbies. I don’t speak any other languages, but I can say, “I am 10 years old, what’s your name?” in German – that’s burnt into my brain from my Grade 5 language class! Feel free to stop by for a chat anytime, I’d love to get to know you.

Hi! My name is Hannah and I joined Iglu Brisbane City from the Gold Coast, moving here in 2024.
I love movies, video games, music, and anything arty. I’m always down for a coffee and a chat (about anything and everything) and I love meeting new people.

My name is Michael and I am the Facilities Manager of Brisbane City. I am always here to help with anything that needs to be fixed or improved in the property.
I have a passion for building things and I don’t mind having a chat about most things in life!

Hi, I’m Nicole. I have been in Brisbane since 2007 and working at Iglu for over 6 years. Originally from Adelaide. I have spent 18 years living overseas in New Zealand and the UK.
In my much younger years, I was a Gym & Aerobics Instructor. It was when you actually had to put your own music and routines together.
I would love to speak another language, but I have enough trouble with English. Numbers are my thing.
